Addressing Academic Integrity In A Hyper-Connected, Pandemic World

If you were to ask 50 college students if they have ever looked up a question on Google while working on a homework assignment, I would expect nearly all to say yes. Like everything in our hyper-connected world, where information is a click away, getting the answers is easier than ever. There is no denying a rise in cheating in a world of search engines, ubiquitous information, social networking, and constant connectivity. Add in the COVID-19 pandemic and astronomical levels of stress and anxiety among college students and the problem of academic integrity is further amplified.
